Order Confirmations & Inventory Limits

When you place an order with AYRT, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away — but please note: that email means your order is received, not guaranteed. Sometimes, due to limited inventory, high demand (especially around pin drops or new releases), or order review flags, we may need to pause or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities (especially during popular launches)

  • Pause or cancel orders based on location or flagged activity

  • Cancel any orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale, bot activity, or bulk purchases

  • Make updates to product offerings, availability, or pricing at any time

Your order is officially accepted once it ships. You’ll only be charged for items that are actually sent your way.

🚫 No Resale, Please

AYRT is made for real people, not resale bots. By placing an order, you're agreeing that your purchase is for personal or household use only.

If we suspect resale activity or misuse of our system (returns, loyalty perks, etc.), we may take the following steps:

  • Cancel or block the order

  • Deny future purchases or returns

  • Restrict access to our site or programs

  • Revoke loyalty rewards or benefits

We do this to protect our community — the real storytellers and memory-makers who make AYRT what it is.

🛑 Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, it heads into our prep queue fast. We’re unable to make changes or cancellations after checkout — so please double-check your items and shipping info before hitting that "Place Order" button.

Orders made through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, or any AYRT perks. Basically, if it didn’t come from us or an approved partner, we can’t guarantee the magic.
