Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Why isn’t my order going through?
Make sure everything in your cart is still available. If you see an AVS error, your billing address or CVV may not match your card. Using an up-to-date browser like Chrome also helps.
How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If not, check your spam folder or confirm your email was entered correctly.
Can I use a promo code or gift card?
Yes! You can enter one code or gift card at checkout.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Not yet — but our packaging still feels special and ready to gift.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
When will my items be shipped?
We request 2-4 weeks for shipping. We ship as soon as possible. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items.
Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If you haven’t received your deal within four weeks of ordering, please contact support@ayrt.co.
Where are my items shipping from?
All items will be shipped from Pennsylvania.
How will my items be shipped?
Items are shipped out by USPS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
FREE domestic shipping on orders over $250.
What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?
Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
Can I return my order?
If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at support@ayrt.co with your order number and the item you’d like to return and we can connect you with the seller.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
